Finance Executive – AP & AR

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Finance Executive to lead both Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions. The role is based in Dammam and requires end‑to‑end management of payments, collections, reconciliations and compliance with corporate financial policies.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee timely processing of all vendor invoices and payments.
• Manage customer invoicing, collections and cash application.
• Perform regular reconciliations of AP and AR sub‑ledgers with the general ledger.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial policies.
• Prepare and analyse financial reports, cash‑flow forecasts and ageing analyses.
• Collaborate with other finance teams and business units to resolve discrepancies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce or a related field.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in AP, AR and general accounting.
• Proven experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial controls and reconciliation processes.
• Excellent written and spoken communication in Arabic and English.
• Willingness to work onsite in Dammam, Saudi Arabia.
