Finance Manager – Hotel Operations

About the role

The Finance Manager will lead all financial activities for The House Hotel in Jeddah, ensuring accurate reporting, compliance, and efficient cash management. This role works closely with department heads and corporate finance teams to support the hotel’s operational and strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all financial operations of the hotel, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting.
• Prepare monthly financial statements, forecasts, budgets, and variance analyses in line with corporate and ownership requirements.
• Manage cash flow, accounts payable and receivable, payroll coordination, and treasury controls.
• Ensure compliance with local accounting standards, tax regulations, and statutory requirements.
• Implement and monitor internal controls, audit processes, and financial policies to safeguard assets.
• Collaborate with department heads to support cost control, budgeting, and operational efficiency.
• Oversee procurement processes, supplier contracts, and invoice approvals.
• Coordinate with external auditors, consultants, and corporate finance teams.
• Support pre‑opening or seasonal ramp‑up activities, including system setup and financial procedures.
