Finance Manager

About the role

LAPP Middle East is seeking a Finance Manager to lead its financial operations in Saudi Arabia. This full‑time, on‑site role will ensure accurate budgeting, forecasting, cash‑flow management and compliance with both corporate and local regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day financial activities, including budgeting, forecasting and cash‑flow management.
• Prepare and present financial reports, monitor performance and analyse variances.
• Manage month‑end and year‑end closing processes and maintain robust internal controls.
• Coordinate with external auditors and support tax and regulatory compliance.
• Optimize working capital, control costs and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to improve profitability.

Required profile

• Strong financial management background with experience in budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis.
• Expertise in accounting processes, financial reporting and internal controls.
• Solid knowledge of Saudi Arabian financial regulations, tax requirements and compliance standards.
• Leadership experience, including team management, delegation and performance development.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field; professional certifications (CPA, CMA, ACCA) are a plus.
• Experience in industrial manufacturing, engineering or distribution environments, preferably as a Finance Manager.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP or financial systems.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
