About the role

We are seeking a Finance Manager to oversee the financial health of our company, driving strategic planning, reporting, cash flow management and compliance. The role involves leading the finance team and providing strategic advice to senior management, with a focus on real‑estate development projects.

Key responsibilities

Manage budgeting and financial planning processes.
Monitor cash flow and overall financial position.
Lead financial reporting and ensure audit readiness.
Supervise accounting and financial control activities.
Advise senior leadership on financial risks and opportunities.

Required profile

Saudi nationality.
8–12 years of finance experience, including at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
Proven experience in the real‑estate industry.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics; CPA, CMA or MBA preferred.
