Finance Manager

About the role

The Finance Manager will lead the financial operations for residential and commercial real‑estate projects, ensuring accurate budgeting, reporting, cash‑flow management and compliance. This senior position supports senior leadership with strategic financial insights and oversees a dedicated finance team.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and manage annual budgets, forecasts and long‑term financial plans.
• Monitor project budgets, development costs, operating expenses, revenues and profitability.
• Manage cash flow, working capital, banking relationships and funding requirements.
• Produce monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and management reports.
• Conduct financial analysis, feasibility studies and develop financial models for real‑estate developments.
• Oversee project accounting, ensuring accurate allocation of development and construction costs.
• Track budget variances and recommend corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS, tax regulations, ZATCA rules and internal policies.
• Coordinate external audits and manage relationships with auditors, banks, investors and financial institutions.
• Establish internal controls, financial policies and approval procedures.
• Review contracts for financial and commercial implications.
• Supervise and develop the accounting and finance team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
• Professional certification (CPA, CMA, ACCA or SOCPA) preferred.
• 7–10 years of finance and accounting experience, preferably in real‑estate development, construction or property management.
• Strong background in budgeting, forecasting, cash‑flow management and financial reporting.
• Deep knowledge of real‑estate project accounting, development costs and revenue recognition.
