Finance Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to lead the financial operations of a leading automotive dealership. The role combines strategic financial planning with hands‑on management of budgeting, reporting, cash flow and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and reporting for the dealership.
• Prepare and analyse monthly financial statements, management reports and KPI dashboards.
• Monitor profitability across vehicle sales, parts, service and body & paint operations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, tax regulations and internal controls.
• Manage cash flow, working capital, banking relationships and financial risk.
• Partner with dealership management to support strategic and operational decisions.
• Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger and treasury activities.
• Lead annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processes.
• Drive financial efficiency initiatives and identify cost‑optimization opportunities.
• Coordinate internal and external audits and ensure timely closure of findings.
• Lead, develop and mentor the finance team.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
• Professional certification (CPA, ACCA, CMA or equivalent) preferred.
• 8‑12 years of finance experience, preferably within the automotive or dealership sector.
• Strong understanding of dealership financial statements and automotive KPIs.
• Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis and management reporting.
• Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.

Required skills

• Knowledge of IFRS and financial controls.
• Proficiency with ERP systems.
• Advanced Excel skills.
