Finance Manager

About the role

Eram Holdings is seeking a Finance Manager to lead financial planning, budgeting and forecasting for its diversified portfolio. Based in Al Khobar, this full‑time, on‑site position will support strategic decision‑making across the group’s nine business verticals.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the preparation, consolidation and analysis of monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports.
• Develop and manage the annual budgeting process, monitoring performance against targets.
• Maintain cash‑flow forecasts, working‑capital optimization and treasury activities.
• Coordinate internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with IFRS, local regulations and internal controls.
• Collaborate with business units to evaluate investment proposals, cost‑optimization initiatives and sustainable growth projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field; professional certifications such as CPA, CMA or CFA are preferred.
• Proven experience in a finance leadership or supervisory role within a multinational or diversified organization.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS (or equivalent) and experience managing month‑end and year‑end closing processes.
• Demonstrated ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights to senior management.

Required skills

• Advanced MS Excel proficiency.
• Experience with financial ERP systems.
• Familiarity with business intelligence or reporting tools.
