Finance Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Finance Manager to join Saudi Bridge. This role will be responsible for managing the company’s financial operations, overseeing project financials, and laying the foundations of the finance department. It is a hands‑on position for someone who enjoys building systems, working closely with leadership, and managing finance in a project‑driven environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end financial operations (invoicing, payments, expenses, collections).
• Own project financial management, including budgeting and cost tracking.
• Prepare monthly financial reports and cash flow summaries.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
• Coordinate with external accountants, auditors, banks, and consultants.
• Ensure financial compliance and proper documentation.
• Support contract financial terms and milestone‑based payments.
• Build and document internal finance processes and controls.
• Support the gradual build‑out of the finance department.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or financial management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Strong Excel and financial reporting skills.
• Experience with project‑based financial management.
• Exposure to government or semi‑government projects is a strong plus.
• Organized, detail‑oriented, and reliable.
• Comfortable working in an early‑stage, fast‑paced environment.
• Willing to grow into a broader finance leadership role as the company scales.
