About the role

As a Finance Manager (Pre-Opening) you will lead the financial set‑up of new hotel properties, ensuring that financial operations are aligned with Hilton’s strategic goals. You will act as a trusted advisor to hotel leadership, providing insights that drive profitability and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Drive financial strategy across the hotel portfolio, optimizing profitability and efficiency.
• Direct the preparation of annual plans, forecasts, and budgets, delivering actionable financial insights.
• Advise General Managers, Owners, and Asset Managers with data‑driven recommendations.
• Build strong cross‑functional partnerships with Finance, Commercial, IT, Procurement, HR, Operations, Shared Services, and Regional Finance teams.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP, hotel policies, and regulatory requirements while maintaining robust internal controls.
• Oversee and improve financial reporting systems for accuracy, efficiency, and transparency.
• Monitor and approve sales, purchases, payroll, and expense transactions to maintain fiscal responsibility.
• Develop and retain a high‑performing finance team through performance management and professional development.
