Finance Manager – Saudi National

About the role

This senior Finance Manager position is based in Dammam and is open exclusively to Saudi nationals. You will join a large, diversified Saudi group that is undergoing a major transformation and investing heavily in local talent.

Key responsibilities

• Lead financial planning, budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Monitor financial performance against budgets and business plans.
• Oversee P&L performance, financial reporting and management information.
• Provide financial analysis and insight to support business decision‑making.
• Strengthen financial controls, governance and reporting disciplines.
• Analyse costs, variances and performance, identifying corrective actions.
• Ensure accurate month‑end and period‑end reporting.
• Partner with operational and functional stakeholders across the organisation.
• Drive effective utilisation of ERP and financial reporting systems.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives within Finance.

Required profile

• Saudi national with a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related discipline.
• 10+ years of progressive finance experience, including management or leadership exposure.
• Strong background in budgeting, forecasting, financial planning and reporting.
• Demonstrated experience managing P&L and financial performance.
• Proven ability to work with senior leadership and operational stakeholders.
• Experience in multi‑entity, shared‑services or operationally diverse organisations is a plus.
• Professional qualifications such as CMA, CPA, SOCPA or ACCA are advantageous but not mandatory.
