Finance & Revenue Cycle Management Specialist

About the role

Eram Talent is recruiting a Finance & Revenue Cycle Management Specialist for a full-time, on-site position in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The specialist ensures accurate, timely and transparent validation of invoices, quotations and insurance claims across providers and insurers, working closely with the operator, insurers and internal finance teams to reduce rejections and strengthen financial sustainability.

Key responsibilities

• Review and validate invoices submitted by the operator and quotations against contractual terms
• Collaborate with Finance and leadership on budget adherence, forecasting and expenditure control, and lead the preparation, monitoring and control of annual budgets
• Provide monthly financial analysis and variance reports with recommendations
• Oversee monthly insurance claim submissions, validate claim accuracy and completeness, and monitor rejection rates to reduce denials and shorten collection timelines
• Lead reconciliation meetings with the operator and insurers and ensure transparency in claim and payment processes
• Report financial and claim performance to senior leadership, track KPIs, identify revenue optimization opportunities and support audits

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting (preferred); Master's in Finance preferred
• Professional certifications such as CPA or CMA are an advantage
• At least 6 years of experience, including at least 3 years in a lead role
• Proven experience in healthcare finance, insurance or revenue cycle management
