Finance Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Finance Specialist to join our finance team in Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on daily accounting operations, tax compliance, and supporting the sales function with accounts‑receivable activities. The successful candidate will work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate financial reporting and adherence to Saudi regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting operations and maintain accurate financial records.
• Handle accounts‑receivable collections, collaborate with sales staff, and evaluate client credit.
• Prepare and submit VAT and other tax documentation in line with Saudi regulations.
• Coordinate import duty tax and customs clearance processes when required.
• Maintain data integrity in the ERP system and generate regular financial reports.
• Support internal and external audits and ensure compliance with all relevant policies.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of accounting experience in Saudi Arabia.
• Hands‑on experience with Saudi TAX/VAT regulations and compliance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work independently.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP systems.
• Advanced Excel skills, including statistical functions.
• Knowledge of import duty tax procedures and customs clearance.
• Fluent written and spoken English and Arabic.
