Finance Supervisor

About the role

Solar Robotics Systems is seeking a commercially‑minded Finance Supervisor to build and lead its finance and accounting function as the business expands. The role provides accurate, timely insight to support decision‑making and sustainable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Support ERP implementation and manage the full accounting cycle.
• Lead monthly, quarterly and annual financial closing and reporting.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, cash flow and working capital.
• Oversee accounts payable, receivable, collections and ZATCA‑compliant e‑invoicing.
• Maintain banking relationships, letters of credit, guarantees, bid bonds and performance bonds.
• Supervise inventory accounting, cost allocation, stock reconciliations and cost of goods sold.
• Ensure compliance with VAT, Zakat, corporate income tax, withholding tax and other Saudi statutory requirements.
• Coordinate with auditors, tax advisors, banks and regulatory authorities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field from an accredited university.
• Minimum 6 years of finance and accounting experience, including at least 3 years as a Finance Supervisor in a manufacturing environment.
• Training in financial accounting and taxation; intermediate accounting qualification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi financial and tax regulations, including ZATCA e‑invoicing.
