Finance System Administrator

About the role

Join GAC in Dammam as a Finance System Administrator and play a key role in supporting and optimizing the company’s finance systems across Saudi Arabia. You will ensure smooth operations, accurate master data, and seamless integration between business applications.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Dolphin.NET, Eyeshare, and other finance‑related systems.
• Manage customer and vendor master data, including onboarding, credit limits, and banking information.
• Monitor system integrations and workflows to guarantee accurate, uninterrupted data flow.
• Control user access, security roles, approval limits, and delegation settings.
• Provide first‑line support and troubleshoot issues for finance system users.
• Support system upgrades, testing activities, and implementation of new features.
• Deliver user training, maintain documentation, and assist with audit requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science or a related field.
• Experience with ERP systems, finance system support, master data management or finance‑IT support.
• Strong understanding of master data governance and user access management.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Effective stakeholder management and ability to work independently on multiple priorities.
• Continuous‑improvement mindset and willingness to learn new systems.
