Financial Control Manager - Delivery

About the role

The Financial Control Manager will lead the company’s financial planning processes across business lines, overseeing budgeting, forecasting and long‑term financial strategies. Working closely with stakeholders, the manager ensures accurate budget performance monitoring and provides strategic financial guidance to support efficient operations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage annual budgets, forecasts and multi‑year financial plans in collaboration with business units.
• Monitor budget performance, analyse variances and deliver insights to drive decision‑making.
• Oversee cash‑flow management, optimise working capital and implement tools for accurate inflow/outflow tracking.
• Provide strategic financial advice to influence long‑term business outcomes and support change programmes.
• Coordinate financial aspects of projects, ensuring timely accounting, budget control and risk mitigation.
• Prepare financing activity reports for senior leadership and liaise with legal on financing agreements.

Required profile

• Proven experience in corporate financial planning, budgeting and forecasting.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret financial data and identify improvement opportunities.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with senior stakeholders and cross‑functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results under tight deadlines.
