Financial Controller – Digital Transformation

About the role

We are seeking a senior Financial Controller to lead the creation of an AI‑native control function for a global IT services client. Reporting directly to the CFO, you will partner daily with the CEO and CFO to own a transformation agenda and ensure financial stability across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement AI‑driven financial operations, including revenue data integrity and supplier commercial validation.
• Oversee customer proposal financial modelling, sales BOM compliance, invoicing, AR cash collection, and business‑line P&L advisory.
• Drive multi‑system reconciliation across ERP, CRM, service‑management and analytics platforms.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS 15, Saudi VAT, GOSI, and local labour regulations.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional commercial teams to co‑own P&L outcomes.

Required profile

• 8‑10+ years in financial control, commercial finance or FP&A, with 2‑3 years in a senior or director‑level role.
• Experience in managed services, IT consultancy or similar technology organisations.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi commercial environment (VAT, GOSI, labour law).
• Fluent written English; Arabic fluency preferred.

Required skills

• SAP FI/CO and SAP SD/PS modules.
• AI agents, generative AI tools, and RPA for workflow automation.
• ERP workflow automation and multi‑system data integration (ERP, CRM, service‑management, analytics).
• AI‑powered analytics platforms.
• Revenue recognition under IFRS 15.
