Financial Controller

About the role

The Financial Controller will be responsible for overseeing the financial performance of Movenpick Hotel Al Khobar. This pivotal role ensures accurate reporting, strategic financial guidance and supports decision‑making at the property level. You will work closely with hotel management to drive profitability and maintain compliance with Accor standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the financial performance of Movenpick Hotel Al Khobar.
• Ensure accurate and timely production of financial reports, including profit & loss statements.
• Prepare monthly forecasts and annual budgets.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance profitability.
• Manage management agreements and owner corporation matters.
• Lead and develop a diverse finance team.
• Maintain full compliance with Accor control procedures.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a financial management role.
• Strong knowledge of payroll, tax, superannuation and related legislation.
• Proven leadership ability with a focus on team engagement.
• Hotel industry experience is advantageous.
