Financial Controller - Spanish Speaker

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Financial Controller to join our client’s team in Riyadh. The role focuses on financial planning, budgeting, cost control and performance analysis within a capital‑intensive environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage budgeting, forecasting and financial performance monitoring.
• Analyze financial and operational variances and recommend corrective actions.
• Prepare management reports and financial models to support business decisions.
• Monitor costs, CAPEX/OPEX and profitability.
• Support internal controls, risk management and process improvement initiatives.
• Assist with financial evaluation and management of concession contracts.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in finance, management control, FP&A or similar role.
• Fluent/advanced Spanish and English; Arabic is a plus.
• Experience in concessions, infrastructure, transportation or other capital‑intensive industries preferred.
