Financial Director

About the role

The Financial Director provides strategic leadership for the Finance Division of a private‑office environment, overseeing day‑to‑day operations and ensuring robust financial governance across a diversified portfolio of real‑estate, land, vehicle, aviation and marine assets. The role acts as a senior advisor to the family office and executive management, translating high‑level asset strategies into disciplined fiscal execution while complying with Saudi and international regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead multi‑year financial planning, rolling forecasts and valuation models (NPV, IRR) for diverse asset classes.
• Evaluate major capital expenditures, mergers, acquisitions and joint‑venture opportunities, delivering feasibility reports to the board.
• Develop and maintain dynamic cash‑flow models for ongoing developments and legacy holdings.
• Oversee performance tracking, cash‑flow optimisation and cost‑control frameworks across subsidiaries and operating entities.
• Prepare and present executive‑level financial dashboards and decision‑support metrics to the board and family principals.
• Drive the creation and implementation of a departmental strategic plan aligned with the Chairman’s long‑term vision, translating it into annual budgets for all divisions.
• Provide leadership, mentorship and cross‑functional coordination with Directors of Private Office, International Operations and Support Services.

Required profile

• Strong, decisive personality with hands‑on financial management capability.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.
• Deep understanding of international asset management and private‑office structures.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and family members.
• Experience operating under Saudi and global regulatory frameworks.
