Financial Operations Analyst

About the role

This position is based in Saudi Arabia and sits at the heart of a fast‑paced global finance environment. You will support critical operational workflows across accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, and financial reporting while ensuring data accuracy and consistency.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end financial operations, including AP, AR and customer account reconciliations.
• Prepare and issue monthly customer invoices in line with contractual terms.
• Support vendor invoice processing, purchase order coordination and approvals.
• Monitor and analyse AR/AP aging, cost structures and inventory movements.
• Produce ad‑hoc financial reports, data uploads and system updates.
• Collaborate with internal teams to onboard vendors and improve finance workflows.
• Respond to internal and external finance‑related inquiries professionally.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in accounting or finance, with at least 1 year in AP/AR functions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial operations.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proactive, professional communication skills in English.
