Financial Planning & Analysis Manager

About the role

The Financial Planning & Analysis Manager works closely with finance professionals to evaluate the company’s financial health and long‑term sustainability. This role provides detailed financial reports, profit and loss projections, and supports senior decision‑makers with accurate data.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee accounts receivable, accounts payable, fixed assets, lease and debt accounting, and employee benefits.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS.
• Coordinate budgeting processes across departments and consolidate requirements for finance management.
• Present financial reports, forecasts and estimates to internal decision‑makers.
• Liaise with external auditors, supplying required data to facilitate audits.
• Assist tax advisors with Zakat, Income Tax, VAT, Withholding Tax and Transfer Pricing filings and review tax return files.
• Review vendor, client and partner agreements for compliance with ZATCA regulations and tax treaties.
• Provide solutions to accounting issues and ensure compliance with internal controls and approval authorities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• Professional certification preferred (CMA, CPA or equivalent).
• Proven experience in financial reporting, budgeting and tax compliance.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and regulatory reporting requirements.
