Financial Reporting Officer

About the role

The Financial Reporting Officer will ensure the preparation of accurate, timely financial reports in line with IFRS, company policies and regulatory requirements. This role supports analysis, audit coordination and the continuous improvement of reporting processes.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports and supporting schedules.
• Perform account reconciliations, validate data and ensure compliance with IFRS and internal policies.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and management performance summaries.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis activities.
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors, prepare audit schedules and address observations.
• Maintain documentation, reporting databases and improve reporting templates.
• Contribute to automation, internal control implementation and continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience in financial reporting, accounting or finance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• Professional certifications (SOCPA, CPA, ACCA, CMA) are a plus.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and experience with external auditors.

• Advanced Microsoft Excel.
• ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics or equivalent).
• Financial data analysis and audit support.

• English and Arabic communication.
