About the role

Join a premium fine‑dining restaurant in Riyadh dedicated to delivering exceptional cuisine and outstanding guest experiences. As a professional waiter, you will provide a polished, courteous service that reflects the restaurant’s high standards.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and guide them through the dining experience.
• Present menus, explain items, and recommend food and beverages.
• Accurately take and process orders using the POS system.
• Serve dishes and drinks according to fine‑dining service standards.
• Set, maintain, and clear tables before, during, and after service.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to requests.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for timely service.
• Handle payments accurately and follow food safety regulations.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years experience in a fine‑dining restaurant.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Professional appearance, positive attitude, and ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Basic English; Arabic is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork orientation.
