Fire Captain

About the role

The Saudi Sicli Company is seeking an experienced Fire Captain to lead fire‑fighting, rescue and emergency response operations in Mecca. This senior position ensures the safety of personnel and the public while maintaining the readiness of all fire‑service assets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and support firefighting, rescue, evacuation and emergency response missions.
• Provide initial emergency medical support, including triage and Basic Life Support, and coordinate with EMS teams.
• Maintain operational readiness of fire trucks, SCBAs, PPE and all firefighting equipment.
• Plan and conduct crew training, drills, onboarding and competency assessments in line with SOPs and NFPA standards.
• Support incident command, tactical planning, crew deployment and coordination with dispatch and external agencies.
• Perform station inspections, equipment checks, incident report reviews and post‑incident evaluations.
• Supervise personnel, manage shift briefings, duty rosters, attendance and professional development.

Required profile

• Saudi national with verifiable experience in firefighting, rescue or emergency services.
• Valid certifications as listed under Required skills.
• Strong knowledge of fireground operations, rescue procedures and safety practices.
• Ability to work rotating shifts and perform under high‑pressure situations.
