First Aid Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a compassionate First Aid Specialist to join our team at BMC. The role focuses on delivering first‑aid care, promoting health and safety, and supporting the wellbeing of students and staff in an educational environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first aid, medication administration, and basic healthcare to students and staff during injuries or acute illnesses.
• Maintain accurate medical records, including chronic condition documentation.
• Develop and implement health management protocols for routine and emergency situations.
• Educate students, parents, and faculty on hygiene, healthy habits, and preventive care.
• Consult with parents, teachers, and administrators regarding individual student health needs and develop personalized health plans.
• Refer students to specialist health services when necessary.

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal communication and listening skills.
• Passion for working with students and promoting wellness.
• Knowledge of national and local health regulations.
• Ability to think critically and act quickly under pressure.
• Patience, empathy, and a collaborative attitude.

Required skills

• BLS certification (American or Saudi Heart Association).
• Current first‑aid certification.
• Degree in nursing or a related healthcare field.
