Fit-Out & MEP Project Manager – Hospitality

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Fit-Out & MEP Project Manager to lead a hospitality renovation project in Makkah. The role covers the full project lifecycle from initiation through to final handover, ensuring delivery on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, mobilise and execute the project from start to completion, managing all phases and handover.
• Develop detailed schedules, work plans, procurement and material delivery plans.
• Coordinate architectural fit‑out, civil, mechanical, electrical and plumbing works, preventing clashes and rework.
• Oversee hotel renovation activities across guest rooms, corridors, public areas and back‑of‑house facilities.
• Review drawings, shop drawings, specifications, BOQs, method statements and material submittals.
• Manage subcontractors, site teams and supplier relationships, ensuring productivity and timely completion.
• Monitor progress against baseline schedule, identify risks and implement mitigation plans.
• Control project costs, variations, change orders and claims.
• Lead progress meetings and produce daily, weekly and monthly reports.
• Ensure health, safety, environmental compliance and coordinate testing, commissioning and final close‑out documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or a related discipline.
• Proven experience managing large‑scale fit‑out and MEP projects, preferably in the hospitality sector.
• Strong knowledge of construction codes, quality standards and contractual requirements.
• Excellent communication skills for interaction with clients, consultants and internal teams.
