Fitment Technician

About the role

We are a leading smart‑mobility SaaS company seeking a proactive Fitment Technician to install and maintain our Cartrack IoT devices across the region. You will work on‑site, ensuring each installation meets our strict quality standards while providing technical support to our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Install Cartrack IoT devices and related accessories on vehicles.
• Verify fitment quality according to Cartrack standard operating procedures.
• Troubleshoot device and vehicle issues to minimise downtime.

Required profile

• Automotive electrician certification is a plus.
• Experience with vehicle electronic, alarm or immobiliser systems.
• Valid class 2/3 driver’s licence and personal transport.
• Willingness to travel overseas and work overtime, weekends or public holidays as project demands.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin to communicate with Mandarin‑speaking clients.
• Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
