Fitness Instructor – Movement & Dance

About the role

The Fitness Instructor – Movement & Dance creates energetic, mindful experiences that blend fitness and artistic expression for guests at Miraval The Red Sea. This role delivers dynamic, dance‑based programming that supports physical health, emotional release, and personal growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a variety of dance‑focused classes (e.g., Zumba, ballroom, Latin, contemporary, barre, cardio dance, intuitive dance) for guests of all fitness levels.
• Design and deliver dance‑inspired fitness programs that improve cardiovascular health, strength, coordination, and self‑expression.
• Provide personalized training sessions that incorporate breathwork, mobility, and movement awareness.
• Educate guests on safe alignment, injury prevention, and sustainable movement practices.
• Collaborate with wellness, spa, and fitness teams to create integrated experiences such as dance + sound healing or movement meditation.
• Maintain studio cleanliness, music, equipment, and class ambiance while ensuring safety and cultural sensitivity.
• Promote paid private sessions, group classes, and related wellness services through attentive guest engagement.

Required profile

• Passion for movement and dance with the ability to inspire and connect with guests.
• Experience delivering group fitness or dance classes to diverse audiences.
• Strong communication and guest‑service orientation.
