About the role

The Fitness Instructor – Movement & Dance creates rhythm, energy, and mindful movement experiences for guests at Miraval The Red Sea. This role blends fitness and artistic expression to deliver transformative, soul‑nourishing sessions.

Key responsibilities

Lead a variety of dance‑based classes (e.g., Zumba, Ballroom, Latin, contemporary, barre, cardio dance, mindful movement) for all fitness levels.
Design dance‑inspired fitness programs that improve cardiovascular health, coordination, strength, and self‑expression.
Provide personalized training sessions focused on dance conditioning, mobility, and guest fitness goals.
Collaborate with wellness, spa, and fitness teams to create integrated experiences such as dance + sound healing or movement meditation.
Maintain studio cleanliness, equipment, and class ambiance while ensuring safety standards and cultural sensitivities.
Promote paid private sessions, group classes, spa and wellness programs, and exclusive events through guest engagement.
