Fleet Compliance Supervisor

About the role

The Fleet Compliance Supervisor will lead the safety, regulatory and operational performance of our chemical tanker fleet and third‑party transport partners in Jubail. You will ensure full compliance with Saudi and international standards while maintaining vehicle reliability and readiness for emergency situations.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure full fleet compliance with SASO, MOT, TGA, ADR, ISO, TMP/TERP standards.
• Plan, monitor and control preventive and corrective maintenance schedules, license renewals, insurance and tanker inspections.
• Audit third‑party transporter fleets for maintenance records, safety equipment and regulatory adherence.
• Validate driver licences and hazardous‑material permits, enforce external safety training and run internal training programs.
• Lead accident, breakdown and incident investigations, produce root‑cause analyses and implement corrective actions.
• Monitor GPS and telematics data for speed, driving behaviour, route compliance and safety control.
• Coordinate emergency response drills, equipment readiness and crisis management with civil defence and internal HSE teams.
• Track fleet performance KPIs, control related costs and support internal/external audits with accurate reporting.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain or Transportation Management.
• 5–8 years of experience in fleet operations, transport compliance or maintenance supervision.
• At least 3 years of hands‑on experience with chemical transportation, bulk tankers or hazardous‑materials logistics.
• Experience working with KSA or GCC regulations.

Required skills

• Knowledge of SASO, MOT, TGA, ADR, ISO compliance standards.
• Proficiency with preventive and corrective maintenance systems (PM & CM).
• Experience using GPS and telematics monitoring tools.
• Ability to conduct regulatory audits and prepare compliance documentation.
• Competence in accident investigation, root‑cause analysis and CAPA implementation.
