About the role
The Fleet Maintenance Coordinator internship supports the upkeep of our vehicle fleet, ensuring safety, reliability, and regulatory compliance. You will work closely with internal teams and drivers to keep maintenance activities on schedule.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive maintenance schedule for all fleet vehicles.
- Coordinate with internal departments to prioritize maintenance based on operational needs.
- Maintain accurate records of vehicle maintenance, repairs, and inspections.
- Collaborate with drivers and operational staff to address maintenance concerns promptly.
- Implement best practices and innovative solutions to optimise fleet performance.
Required profile
- Currently enrolled in a degree program in Business Administration or a related field.
- Detail‑oriented with strong organisational and time‑management abilities.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
Required skills
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
