Fleet Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented Fleet Supervisor to oversee daily fleet operations, ensuring maximum vehicle availability, safety, compliance, and cost efficiency. The role is based in Jeddah and supports a fast‑paced logistics environment.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily fleet operations to maintain vehicle availability and operational efficiency.
• Manage vehicle allocation, driver assignments, and monitor fleet utilization.
• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance with workshops and service providers.
• Ensure vehicles have valid registrations, insurance, inspections, and regulatory documentation.
• Track fuel consumption, maintenance expenses, and support cost‑optimization initiatives.
• Investigate accidents, damages, and incidents, implementing corrective actions.
• Supervise driver performance, attendance, compliance, and support onboarding and training.
• Prepare accurate fleet records, reports, and performance KPIs for management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Transportation or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in fleet operations, transportation or logistics.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience managing commercial vehicle fleets.
• Strong knowledge of fleet management, vehicle maintenance, compliance and cost control.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with reporting tools and analytical reporting.
