Flight Simulator Instructor – A321

About the role

Riyadh Air is looking for experienced Flight Simulator Instructors to support its A321 fleet. You will join the Flight Operations department and play a key part in delivering high‑quality, simulator‑based training for pilots.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure operational excellence and compliance with aviation regulations during simulator sessions.
• Deliver structured instruction and performance evaluations for pilot candidates.
• Maintain and improve training curricula to align with Riyadh Air’s safety and professionalism standards.
• Collaborate with Flight Operations to integrate training outcomes into overall airline performance.

Required profile

• Minimum 1,000 hours as a Simulator Instructor within an airline environment, or 1,000 hours of instructional experience on a type relevant to the A321 fleet.
• At least 2,500 flying hours as a Pilot‑in‑Command (Captain) in a commercial airline.
• Strong foundation in instructional techniques and flight operations.
