About the role
Riyadh Air is looking for experienced Flight Simulator Instructors to support its Boeing 787 fleet. This position is part of the Flight Operations department and focuses on delivering high‑quality, simulator‑based training for pilots.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct structured instruction sessions on the B787 flight simulator.
- Evaluate pilot performance and provide feedback to ensure competency development.
- Maintain regulatory compliance and operational excellence during training.
- Contribute to curriculum updates and continuous improvement of training programs.
- Promote a culture of safety, professionalism, and innovation within Flight Operations Training.
Required profile
- Significant experience as a Simulator Instructor in an airline environment or at least 1,000 hours of instructional experience on a relevant aircraft type.
- Minimum of 2,500 total flying hours as Pilot‑in‑Command (Captain) in a commercial airline.
- Strong foundation in instructional techniques and operational procedures.
