Flutter Product Engineer II

About the role

Tamara is seeking a Flutter Product Engineer II to design, develop, and optimize scalable mobile applications for its fintech super‑app. You will work with cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality features that enhance the experience of millions of users across Saudi Arabia, the UAE, and Kuwait.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement new features using Dart and Flutter widgets, following clean architecture principles.
• Write readable, testable, and maintainable code and create automated test cases to ensure reliability.
• Participate in Scrum ceremonies and collaborate with engineers, designers, analysts, and product experts.
• Identify, debug, and resolve bugs, providing practical solutions and root‑cause analysis.
• Share knowledge with the team and contribute to improving code quality, component efficiency, and automation processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience developing Flutter applications.
• Strong proficiency in Dart, Flutter widgets, and state‑management patterns (preferably BloC).
• Solid understanding of clean architecture, SOLID principles, and software design best practices.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast‑paced environment.
