About the role

Join Hilton’s new airport hotel as the Food & Beverage Manager responsible for launching and operating multiple dining outlets. You will shape guest experiences from day one, ensuring high‑quality service, profitability and compliance with all standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily food and beverage operations for designated outlets, driving quality, service and marketing initiatives.
• Develop and implement guest‑satisfaction strategies, monitor trends and act on feedback.
• Oversee administrative and planning functions, applying cost controls for food, beverage and labour.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol regulations.
• Coach, mentor and develop team members, fostering a high‑performing workforce.
