Food and Beverage Supervisor

About the role

The Food and Beverage Supervisor leads a designated restaurant section within a luxury hotel, ensuring exceptional service that aligns with Rosewood’s brand standards and ultra‑luxury expectations. The role focuses on delivering personalized, seamless dining experiences through strong leadership, operational excellence, and proactive guest engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the service team to meet Rosewood, Forbes and LQA standards.
• Maintain a visible presence on the restaurant floor to ensure smooth service flow and exceed guest expectations.
• Monitor table allocation, service timing and associate performance for efficient operations.
• Provide advanced knowledge of menus, beverage offerings, promotions and daily specials to guide guests.
• Handle guest feedback, concerns and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate closely with Culinary, Beverage and other departments for timely preparation and delivery.
• Ensure cleanliness, organization and readiness of dining areas, service stations and equipment.
• Support planning and execution of VIP services, special occasions, group reservations and guest recognition initiatives.
