Foreman General Services

About the role

The Foreman General Services will lead the planning, allocation and execution of general‑services tasks that support production activities at the Al Ula site. Reporting to production leadership, the role ensures that crews work safely, efficiently and in line with project specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise assigned crews and monitor workmanship and safety compliance.
• Coordinate daily activities with internal stakeholders and provide progress, issue and resource updates.
• Verify site readiness, organise logistics support and keep work areas orderly.
• Ensure work is completed according to project requirements, site procedures and schedules.
• Assist in resolving field challenges promptly to minimise downtime.

Required profile

• Proven experience supervising general services and field operations in construction or engineering, preferably at foreman level.
• Strong knowledge of site safety practices and ability to enforce compliance.
• Ability to read and interpret work instructions, plans and activity schedules.
• Leadership and communication skills to manage crews and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Competence in basic site reporting, issue tracking and documentation.
• Familiarity with construction site logistics and coordination.
