Forward Deployed Engineer, Agentic Platform

About the role

tkxel is looking for a Forward Deployed Engineer to help enterprises integrate AI into critical workflows. You will act as the bridge between our AI workspace platform, North, and client engineering teams, delivering production‑grade, LLM‑powered agents that solve real‑world business problems.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy agentic workflows that reason, plan and act across tools, APIs and sensitive data sources.
• Collaborate directly with customers to translate ambiguous business challenges into well‑defined AI solutions.
• Develop features for the North platform across the full product lifecycle, from prototype to production.
• Own end‑to‑end scoping of use cases, adapting to frontend or backend needs as required.
• Contribute to shared frameworks, patterns and evaluation methodologies to ensure reliability, observability and auditability.
• Travel 20–40% to work on‑site with customers and partners.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience building and deploying production‑grade software in Python.
• Proven track record delivering high‑performance Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) and agentic applications, including multi‑step planning patterns such as ReAct or Plan‑and‑Execute.
• Deep familiarity with the LLM stack: frontier models, vector databases and orchestration frameworks.
