Freelance Recruiter (Global Recruitment Partner)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Freelance Recruiter to join our global recruitment partnership program. Based in Saudi Arabia and working fully remotely, you will source, screen, and place candidates across multiple industries, earning commission-based rewards for successful placements.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end sourcing process for diverse hiring projects.
• Identify qualified candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, job boards, referrals and social media.
• Screen applicants to assess skills, experience, availability and fit with job requirements.
• Conduct initial recruiter interviews and obtain Right to Represent (RTR) authorizations.
• Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates and hiring teams.
• Submit candidates through the designated recruitment platform and maintain accurate records.
• Build and sustain long‑term relationships with candidates and stakeholders.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience in one or more sectors (IT, Engineering, Healthcare, Finance, Sales, Operations, Manufacturing, Logistics, Executive Search, etc.).
• Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple hiring assignments.
• Strong organizational, communication and coordination skills.
• Professional demeanor with high attention to detail and commitment to candidate quality.
