Front Desk Agent – Luxury Hotel (Saudi National)

About the role

Raffles & Fairmont the Red Sea, part of the groundbreaking Red Sea Project, is seeking a Front Desk Agent to deliver elegant, personalized service to discerning guests at this ultra‑luxury resort.

Key responsibilities

• Provide a warm, personalized welcome, handling check‑in and check‑out efficiently while maintaining confidentiality and attention to detail.
• Anticipate guest needs, offer upgrades or tailored services, and ensure a seamless first and last impression in line with Raffles standards.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests and concerns with professionalism, recording preferences and special occasions for future personalization.
• Maintain accurate room assignments, billing and payment processing, and keep guest profiles up‑to‑date in the property management system.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Concierge, Butler Service, Bell Desk and other departments to guarantee room readiness and overall guest satisfaction.

Required profile

• Minimum 1–2 years of front office or guest services experience in a luxury or five‑star hotel environment.
• Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field is an advantage.
• Experience with hotel property management systems (Opera or equivalent preferred).

Required skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and high accuracy.
• Ability to multitask while maintaining composure under pressure.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel systems such as Opera.
