About the role
Join Tamayyaz’s hospitality development program as a Front Desk Agent, providing welcoming and efficient service to hotel guests while gaining practical experience in the industry.
Key responsibilities
- Greet guests, manage check‑in and check‑out procedures, and settle accounts.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and ensure a high level of service.
- Promote hotel facilities and identify up‑selling opportunities to enhance stays.
- Personalize the guest experience by taking initiative and anticipating needs.
- Maintain a calm, courteous demeanor while focusing on guest satisfaction.
Required profile
- Saudi national; the program is open to fresh graduates or candidates with up to 6 months of relevant experience.
- Basic English proficiency.
- Strong passion for the hospitality field.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Team‑player attitude with a willingness to assist co‑workers.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts according to departmental needs.
