Front Desk Manager (Entry Level)

About the role

This entry‑level management position oversees the Front Desk, Bell/Doorman, Switchboard and Guest Services areas at our luxury resort. You will lead daily shift operations, ensure guest satisfaction, and help meet the property's financial targets.

Key responsibilities

• Support and lead the Front Desk team, stepping in for the Front Office Manager when needed.
• Monitor daily shift performance, handle guest complaints, and resolve conflicts promptly.
• Assist with financial duties such as same‑day selling, credit policy adherence, and revenue optimisation.
• Participate in department meetings, communicate goals clearly, and drive continuous service improvement.
• Train staff on operational standards, credit procedures and customer service excellence.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED with at least one year of guest‑service or front‑desk experience, or a 2‑year degree in Hotel & Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, integrity and a willingness to lead by example.
• Ability to work flexible hours and handle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
