Front Desk Receptionist

About the role

We are seeking a professional and welcoming Front Desk Receptionist to be the first point of contact for clients at Thouraya Salon, a premium beauty salon in Jeddah. The role involves managing client arrivals and departures, handling payments, maintaining records, and supporting daily salon operations.

Key responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and guide them to the appropriate service area.
• Manage the check‑in and check‑out process, including accurate payment handling and receipt issuance.
• Update and maintain client information in the salon’s system.
• Coordinate with stylists and other team members to ensure smooth client flow.
• Perform basic administrative tasks such as filing, phone handling, and correspondence.
• Keep the reception and waiting areas clean, organized, and presentable.
• Communicate client requests or concerns to the relevant staff or management.

Required profile

• Previous experience in reception, customer service, hospitality, or retail.
• Excellent communication skills in Arabic; good English is a plus.
• Professional appearance and friendly demeanor.
• Strong organizational abilities and the capacity to multitask in a busy environment.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of client information.
• Availability to work salon shifts, including weekends.

Required skills

• Basic computer skills for data entry and payment processing.
