Front of House Manager

About the role

The Front of House Manager leads all guest‑facing functions at AMAALA, ensuring every visitor receives a personalized, memorable experience. This full‑time, onsite role oversees a diverse team and aligns daily operations with the hotel’s service standards and financial goals.

Key responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate all Front of House areas, including Doorman, Bellman, Concierge, Guest Relations, Front Desk, Club Concierge and Learning Coaches.
• Maintain service quality, handle guest complaints, and resolve disputes to achieve high satisfaction scores.
• Supervise staffing levels, schedule shifts, and ensure operational and financial objectives are met.
• Communicate business objectives to staff, recognize performance, and drive desired results.
• Monitor room availability, rates, and suggestive selling; review arrival reports and billing accuracy.
• Keep up‑to‑date knowledge of property features, restaurant concepts, rate programs, packages and daily events.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED with at least 4 years of guest‑services/front‑desk experience, OR a 2‑year degree in Hospitality/Hotel Management/Business Administration with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
