Front Office Agent – Luxury Resort

About the role

Fairmont The Red Sea is looking for a professional Front Office Agent to be the first point of contact for guests at its luxury resort in Umluj, Saudi Arabia. You will deliver exceptional service, manage guest interactions, and ensure a memorable stay for every visitor.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests on arrival and manage smooth check‑in and check‑out processes.
• Handle reservations, modifications, and cancellations using the hotel management system.
• Address guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and resolve issues.
• Provide concierge recommendations for local attractions, dining, and activities.
• Process payments and financial transactions accurately.
• Communicate with guests via phone, email, and in‑person with a friendly, empathetic approach.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure seamless experiences.
• Maintain an organized, professional front‑desk environment and multitask during peak periods.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of customer‑service experience, preferably in a luxury hotel.
• Fluency in Arabic and English; additional languages are a plus.
• Professional demeanor with a strong customer‑focused mindset.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Required skills

• Proficiency with hotel property management systems (PMS) and reservation software.
