Front Office Manager – Luxury Resort (Saudi National)

About the role

As the Front Office Manager at Basiqat Resort, part of the Mantis Collection, you will lead the front‑office team and ensure every guest experiences a seamless, personalised journey from arrival to departure. The role combines operational leadership with the creation of memorable, luxury‑standard service moments, and supports the resort’s pre‑opening activities.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily front‑office operations, including reception, concierge, guest services and arrival/departure processes.
• Maintain consistent, high‑quality service delivery across all guest touchpoints in line with luxury hospitality standards.
• Support pre‑opening planning, system implementation, SOP development and overall operational readiness.
• Create personalised guest experiences that reflect the Mantis brand ethos.
• Act as a visible ambassador of the resort, building strong relationships with guests.
• Manage guest feedback, service recovery and ensure timely resolution of concerns.
• Lead, coach and develop the front‑office team to deliver exceptional service.

Required profile

• Guest‑focused leader with a passion for luxury hospitality.
• Proven experience in front‑office management, preferably in a resort or pre‑opening environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to inspire and develop a high‑performing team.
• Saudi national (as specified in the title).
