Front Office Manager – Resort (Saudi National)

About the role

The Front Office Manager (Saudi National) will be the heart of the guest journey at Gamra Mountain Resort, overseeing all front‑of‑house operations in a remote mountain setting. Reporting to the General Manager, you will shape a warm, intuitive, and highly personalised service culture that reflects the resort’s commitment to thoughtful hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Lead reception, guest services, concierge and porter teams to ensure smooth arrivals, stays and departures.
• Maintain close communication with Housekeeping, F&B and other departments to coordinate guest experiences.
• Handle guest feedback, special requests and VIP arrivals with professionalism.
• Recruit, train, coach and evaluate Front Office staff, fostering an engaged, service‑driven team.
• Oversee daily operations including room allocations, check‑ins, check‑outs and occupancy monitoring.
• Ensure accurate use of PMS systems, cash handling, billing and audit compliance.

Required profile

• Saudi national with proven leadership experience in hospitality front office operations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across departments.
• Ability to anticipate guest needs and deliver memorable experiences.
• Commitment to maintaining high standards of service and operational excellence.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Property Management System (PMS) software.
• Cash handling and billing accuracy.
• Knowledge of audit and compliance procedures.
