Fulfillment Center Supervisor

About the role

Amazon is expanding its Operations team in Saudi Arabia. As a Fulfillment Center Supervisor you will lead shift management across first‑mile, middle‑mile, or final‑mile facilities, ensuring orders are processed safely, efficiently, and on time.

Key responsibilities

• Create and maintain a safe working environment by identifying safety opportunities.
• Manage, train and motivate associates to deliver high‑quality service.
• Ensure customer orders are fulfilled according to quality and safety standards.
• Provide critical shift information to frontline management and operators.
• Adjust labor allocation throughout the shift to meet or exceed forecasts.
• Collaborate with support functions to address performance issues such as 5S, safety, and training.
• Analyze data to solve logistics and supply‑chain challenges through innovation and process optimization.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 49 lb, stand/walk for up to 12‑hour shifts, and perform frequent physical tasks.
• Willingness to work 40 hours per week with overtime, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Preferred knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma and Kaizen techniques.
