Full Stack Developer – 3 to 11+ Years Experience

About the role
We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications for our Riyadh office. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise across both frontend and backend technologies and a solid understanding of modern software development practices.
Key responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain full‑stack web applications.
- Build responsive, high‑performance user interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Develop secure and scalable backend services and RESTful APIs.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, QA engineers, and DevOps teams.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
- Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code following industry best practices.
- Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers where applicable.
- Troubleshoot production issues and implement timely fixes.
- Work within Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
Required profile
- 3–11+ years of professional experience in full‑stack software development.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Experience working in Agile development environments.
Required skills
- Frontend: React.js, Next.js, Vue.js, Webpack, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript.
- Backend: Java with Spring Boot, Node.js.NET, Python with Django, Ruby on Rails, PHP.
- Databases: PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server, MongoDB (optional).
- APIs: RESTful API design, GraphQL (optional), OAuth, JWT, SSO.
- Version control and CI/CD: Git, GitHub, GitLab, Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines.
- Container & cloud: Docker, Kubernetes (optional), AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform (preferred).
- Additional: Microservices architecture, unit and integration testing, performance optimization, application security, messaging systems such as Kafka or RabbitMQ (optional).
